As part of an interior overhaul, American Century wanted to incorporated a translation of their brand into the workspace. The oak tree, used in American Century’s primary logo, is the inspiration behind the visuals used in the space. Saturated supergraphics depicting tree rings relate to the company’s heritage and resilience. This wall covering adds color and texture into a the modern office space. A custom glass film using the same visual vocabulary was developed to add rhythm and gain privacy.
Included as part of the package is a changeable, employee recognition wall. Printed wood panels featuring an individual can be moved, removed and added as needed.
The American Century brand is extended to their fitness center, which is removed from the main office space. To activate the area, bold color, line work and abstract figures fill the space with movement and create a motivating environment.
